now 780 dollars for lesson and your set. my takamine eg 230 action/sound just as good. just a planer looking guitar. i always thought martin over rated. not bad just over rated.

I just got this exact guitar, minus the butterflies. I couldn't be happier with it. Plays excellent, and I only paid $499 right out of the box. This is my 2nd Tak, and my 5th acoustic. EG530ssc highly recommended for any level player!!
the action was really high, almost as if it was a slide guitar. I adjusted the truss rod as much as possible, but it still wasn't that great. So i had to file down the bridge so the strings would set lower. But its a great guitar, it has the most depth for a cutaway that i've heard

And any real musician knows that the aesthetic quality of a guitar, butterflies or freekin' frogs - has zero effect on its sound.
i was hoping you would understand sooner or later, its a great sounding guitar with or without the butterflys, there is no more highaction, so it's a great guitar. you should look into it
